Kindly note that the delivery guide below is for reference only. The delivery time maybe delay caused by force majeure, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

International Customs Duties

We cover all customs duties for all international orders. You don't need to pay for anything beyond the product price.

RETURN POLICY

We are confident you will love RachelSilk products. But if not, you can return/exchange it in 30 days of delivery. It is sincerely suggested that every customer read the following regulations carefully before purchase:

Return items

1. We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items on clearance, ②Customized or Monogrammed Items.
3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4.Email us with your invoice/tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email on working days usually within 72 hours.

Our Solutions

We'll give you a full refund if we're responsible for the issue, e.g. quality problems or items missing. 

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. Refunds to credit cards may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.

* Hand wash or machine wash in lukewarm water (<=30°C/86°F) on the gentlest cycle.
* Minimize spin time.
* Wash dark and light colors separately.
* Use neutral or special detergent for silk.
* Hang dry or lay flat to dry.
* Cold iron as needed.

* Avoid direct sunlight exposure.
* Keep out of touch of pets or sharp objects.
